Ice is the finishing touch to any cold drink and the quality of ice can leave a lasting impression with the customer.
Hoshizaki IM machines produce exceptionally hard, crystal clear ice cubes at -25ºC.
This ice melts very slowly, allowing customers to sip their cooled drinks over a long period.
Different sizes of ice cubes are available depending on the application of the type of drink served.
The water spray system of Hoshizaki IM machines prevents any over-spraying during the ice making process, reducing the possibility of bacteria. It includes an automatic flush – rinse program which operates after every cycle.
This ensures every individually made ice cube is made from fresh water, making this system very hygienic.
